At You’re The Magic, we take great care in ensuring the quality of our products. Due to the fragile nature of our items, we do not accept refunds or returns unless the item is damaged or faulty upon delivery.

Damaged or Faulty Items:

If you receive an item that is damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, via email at contact@yourethemagic.com.au - We will assess your concern and, if validated, provide instructions for returning the item for a replacement or refund.
